Tom Schin joins the ALN staff as the CultureTalk Advisor.  Tom has a lengthy career in the field of Human Resources with numerous roles as a corporate executive, director, and unit manager. His expertise lies in talent acquisition and development, recruitment consulting, client project management, and performance evaluation.  Tom is skilled in business strategies, fiscal accountability, and budgets. He has developed and delivered a variety of training materials and programs for private industry and state authority offices.

Mr. Schin earned his Masters of Science in Education Theory and Practice, as well as his Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, from the State University of New York, Albany.  He is a CultureTalk Certified Partner and recent past-President of the Capital District Human Resource Association.

Tom is the creator/owner of Build Better Culture, LLC, where he provides executive coaching, leadership development, employee engagement methodologies, and marketing keys designed to strengthen company culture.
