Candice Simms

Administrative Assistant

Candice Sims is an Arkansas native who joined the Arkansas Learning Network Inc as an Administrative Assistant.  She earned her High School Diploma in 2025 from ALN and is passionate about helping students navigate their educational and paths.  Being a non-traditional learner herself, Candice brings years of real-world understanding to this position.  She has a strong background in communication and is committed to providing timely, professional support to ALN students and parents in the Adult and LEARNS programs.

Since 2000, Ms. Sim has managed the family’s agricultural interests in northwestern Arkansas where she also has been a full-time caregiver. Candice has served on the local elementary PTO for some fifteen years, including a two-year term as a Parent Representative.
