Our Team

Joan Holbert

Joan Holbert is an Arkansas licensed teacher who served most recently as a Special Education teacher in the North Little Rock School District. She previously worked for Centers for Youth and Families, an agency that provides behavioral, education, and social work services for Arkansas families. Ms. Holbert is also a Certified Academic Language Therapist, having completed the Dyslexia Training Program at the Scottish-Rite. Joan finds working with young adults from all walks of life to be a rewarding experience because they have such great potential to become active, productive citizens.

Ms. Holbert is a graduate of the University of Arizona. She holds both a Master’s Degree in Special Education and an Education Specialist’s Degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
