Monica Davis has been an educator for nearly 20 years in the Little Rock School District and former adjunct instructor at Arkansas Baptist College. She has actively served on the LRSD textbook adoption committee and the literacy, math, and social studies curriculum committees. Monica has been a grade level chair and mentor teacher for the Arkansas Department of Education. Monica currently serves as a marriage ministry leader in her church.
Ms. Davis is a licensed teacher for grades PreK-4. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts Studies from the University of Arkansas, Little Rock. She holds a Master’s Degree in Teaching from Harding University and a Master’s of Science in Gifted, Talented, and Creative Education from Arkansas State University, Jonesboro.
Monica is an entrepreneur who already owns her second business. Her interests include traveling, bike riding, playing guitar, and fine and performing arts. Monica is a Louisiana native who lives in Little Rock with her husband.
