Rachel BlackWell

Counselor/Registrar

Rachel Blackwell has some twenty years of experience in the field of education.  She is a licensed Arkansas teacher with degrees from the University of Central Arkansas.  She holds a Master of Science in Education in Teacher Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Education with a specialization in grades 7 – 12 mathematics. Rachel is a dedicated professional who is committed to empowering educators and students through technology integration.

Ms. Blackwell is well-versed in instructional innovation, leadership, and digital learning facilitation at the secondary school level. She has worked in instructional support positions for school staff and has served on the Superintendent’s Cabinet in the Pulaski Conty Special School District.  During her career, Ms. Blackwell has attained various awards including PowerSchool Champion of the Year in 2024, a Google Level 1 & Level 2 Educator, and being a National Board Certified Teacher for ten years.
